Kfc - Florence

Ordered from Uber eats, didn?t have mashed potatoes so they gave macaroni and cheese instead and the coleslaw tasted spoiled. It was an hour until our order was even ready to be picked up, got no condiments that were asked for and the food was cold.

We came through the drive thru tonight after a work event. Grabbed two different family meals. Spent over $70 just to get home to find they didn't put half of the order in the bag. We were missing 5 diff sides, no condiments we asked for were in the bag,no extra napkins we Cleary need also not in the bag. I called back to have it corrected but each time I call they pick up thephone and hang it up. Then leave it off the hook for 5 mins between calling so I would stop calling. Very unprofessional forwhat is normally a decent KFC to take the family to. Tonight was unacceptable. Do better. 2 stars because the guy in drive thruwas cool.

This place is probably the worst kfc you can order from. The customer service is terrible and full of kids who don’t care about anything. They always give you cold and dry chicken like it’s been sitting for days. And they never seem to get any order right. I sat in the lobby and watched 3 different people come in from the drive thru complaining about their orders. Meanwhile the staff is laughing about it in the back. Go somewhere else!!!

The chicken was so greasy it looks like it was burned. It was all dry hardly any meat in it no Coleslaw Everything was just nasty. Couldn't eat it was that bad. It was bad last year. I thought i'd give it another chance. But it was worse this year. It looks like it was sitting all day. I will not be going back to this place ever againIcouldn't go back. I just had surgery. So I had somebody pick it up for me. I spent over fifty dollars

**** poor experience. Ordered 11 wraps for my family for dinner 7 Mac cheese, 2 spicy Mac Cheese and 2 Honey BBQ. We ended up getting home and going to eat our food and we ended up with only 9 wraps. They gave us 2 spicy slaw instead of spicy Mac, Only 1 honey BBQ and all of the regular mac had slaw on them with the Mac so we wasted almost $30 for us to eat none. Then tried calling twice because we live 25 minutes away and it went to a fax machine, so we tried to call today and long behold it did the same thing.
