Longhorn Steakhouse - Florence

A very good place to eat good food. Beautiful people beautiful price to the beautiful taste!! I recommend this place!

Had a gift card I'd been hoping to use and finally got the chance on my trip to Florence. When I say the food here was so good, every dish would be something I'd try again from the LH burger,the yummy wings which were huge in size,and the firecracker sticks(they were so awesome). Also would like to mention our waitress, Jennifer, super kind and was on point from the time we were seated til the time we departed. Definitely will return again.

The whole experience was great. We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. Saturday was a date so we called ahead and put our name on a 2 hour wait list. (I'm pregnant with cravings so waiting is no big deal). We got there with about 45 min to spare and sat at the bar to wait. After only 30 min we got our table. Zeke was our waiter and he was excellent! We had the wild west shrimp (always perfect), Two salads, hubby had a porterhouse and sweet potato and I had the parmesan crusted chicken with a baked potato. The porter house was grilled to perfection. And my chicken was sooo tender I couldn't believe it. It always seems like when we go out our food is sub-par but that night everything was right on point as well as the service.

Idk who the chef is, but I had a long day at work, so thank you for a beautiful meal because I was tired, hungry, and hoping I wasn’t played with at a new place I haven’t tried yet . Everything was to my standards. I’m eating it in increments so I can have some for lunch tomorrow, that’s how good it is. I’m from jersey and good food is hard to find out here. The hostess was also patient and well spoken. I can have a good nights rest. Thank you

Using the app was great,I was able to complete order in first try. Surprising but true. Instructions were clear, lay out of options made it a breeze. Order was promised at 7:30 I left there at 7:40! This location was located at a light making it easy to enter and exit. Parking spaces were marked with “Pickup Orders” The young lady who delivered our order was courteous, punctual, eager to help and overall pleasant. We ordered extra dressing and it was actually in the bag. Our order was in reusable containers, nicely packed in the bag, with no upside down baked potatoes! Hot food was hot cold food was cold. Win win
