Subway - Florence

The staff here is wonderful. Every time I go they are always so nice and fun to be around. This is my favorite Subway.

Went in with an individual I work with. The employees that were there were so patient kind while we were placing our order. They were phenomenal! We took a lot of time but not once did they show any frustration or anything but pleasant helpfulness. They spoke to the individual as if they were the same as we were made us feel so welcomed. I have never had such a positive experience in these situations as this one. I wish I knew the names of the employees but I don’t. I can tell you this visit was around 11am 7/31/21. They deserve recognition.

Really clean nice place worker was pleasant and really was nice and they where African American I am Caucasian and we are all sisters and brothers in God eyes they deserve a raise

It was a good experience. Some subways are better than others, this one is an older store with a fantastic location in the very shadow of The University of North Alabama. But, though it could use an update, the food and service were both really good.
