Subway - Florence

The staff was friendly and efficient. the restaurant was clean and welcoming.

I found a cockroach in my to go bag!!! I couldn’t even eat the food I ordered. Don’t bother coming here unless you want to each cockroaches

This is by far the best SubWay in Florence.I have ordered from here at least three times a month for around two years. I have never been disappointed and have used the online order and face to face.The staff are always polite, patient, and is crazy speedy. Great team work!You cant expect perfection everytime but I honestly know that if I order from them it will be perfected, fresh, and precise. Great job guys!

They had a line out the door and it was still pretty quick the 4 people in there were doing a great job!

Radio needs to be turned down. So loud they couldn't hear my order. Excellent sandwich. Fresh bread and ingredients.
