The Creatives' Cork - Florence

The exterior of this place called to me so I thought I would give it a shot. Interior was clean an well cared for. I looks like they are trying to be a live music venue. I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries. My sauce choices were a sriracha based hot sauce or applesauce based sweet sauce. Spice wimp stuck with the sweet sauce which was very good. The fries were cut in a style I had never seen before. Picture a thick cut of potato in a corkscrew shape. Across the street (Jess' BBQ) they call this cut sidewinder fries. They were well seasoned if a little under done. The bar has limited selection, only 2 taps and all the sodas were canned. Not bad, but not all that great either. Maybe I'll try again next time through. Sandwich, fries iced tea $12.
