Baskin-robbins - Florham Park

We ordered banana split and ice cream scoops were so small. 3 scoops combined would be the size of 1.5 scoops. When I asked about the size, the associate just said that is the size of the scoop and it looks big in the picture. We could have just bought 3 scoop ice cream instead of a banana split which would have been worth the money.

2 people skipped line in front of me, but to take their friends orders is priority

I would to hate say because I'm african American but I was there waiting to place my order for ice cream when she walked away to serve a white police officer and another white male customer. She never even said I will be back so I left. I will not spend money where I'm not wanted

One night of the employees was making out with a girl in the other side of the register and that same night we were told that we had to leave because it was 10min before closing, which is ridiculous. I have never been kicked out out of nowhere in such rude manner. If you need a place to make out found a room but don’t do it the work place.In addition they can never get your other right. they barely speak English and if they make a mistake and you point it out they say is your fault. They have zero knowledge of any kind of customer service and they are just straight rude.I highly, and I insist, highly recommend to avoid this location at all cost.

The most rude man ever worked behind the counter . When I asked for a cover and a bag for my ice cream he rolled his eyes. And then when i left I looked in the bag and he put it in upside down. Don't ever go to this Baskin Robbins.
