Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Florissant

I have to say that out of the gazillion times I’ve been at DQ, the two young ladies at the front Torrey and Jada provided excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in, they spoke with a pleasant hello and smiled. This is by far the best service I have ever received from this location and from any DQ. They are not the only ones to give decent service but they understand the assignment! I usually do not do pickup inside orders, but I was glad to have seen these two young ladies provide great service. That goes a long way!! Please recognize them!!

Tolerable service. Food came out reasonably quickly. Drive-thru instructions are questionable. All in all, nothing special, but not bad.

I don't know why you can't get hot food anymore I also asked for extra Mayonnaise on my burger and they didn't put any. Fast food places are just not like they used to be anymore. The food is never hot, the French fries are cold the sandwich is warm. I just need to start back cooking at home.

I was running around town with the grands handling our business and getting exercise when of course we started to get hungry. We saw DQ was close and jotted over to the restaurant and ordered up a lot of food for all appetites and I didn't pay a whole lot. We ate it all and got full and ate some desert and was on our way.

I feel the food quality didn't fit the price they had on items. They are asking too much for their old oil tasting fried food for lunch or dinner. We were disappointed in the taste, later it made us belch up old oil taste. It truly is disappointing that such an iconic fast food desert place has resorted to using old oil. I also noticed hair not being in hairnets, the long hair would dangle around food drink. Too long of nails to be handing out food. I would not recommend this place for dune in or take out.
