Great breakfast, fast and friendly service! They brought our dog a bowl of water and we were able to order her a salt-free puppy patty to eat. Server was fantastic, she was extremely knowledgeable about the drink menu! The food was very fresh and flavorful! The atmosphere was relaxing on the outdoor patio! They had 90s music playing on the overhead speakers which was awesome! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We go hiking at least once a month at Florissant National Monument; not for the hiking, which is excellent, but to end up afterwards at Iron Tree Brewery. The brisket in their dishes is out of this world, and the Brisket Benedict, topped with a poached egg and sauce, is one of the best meals I've ever had. Sometimes service can be hit or miss if some employees don't show up, but they'll make it up to you. I hope my five-star recommendation doesn't mean more people on weekends at this wonderful restaurant.

Walked in and was not greeted for good amount of time. There was a woman just standing there with her back to the front door. I finally coughed to see if she would then turn around and acknowledge us but NO. Still without turning around she says I 'll be with you in a sec. All the while she 's just standing there folding silverware for an empty restaurant. We continued waiting to be sat and she never turned around just kept doing side jobs that didn 't even need to be done. She 's gonna cost that place good business. Hope the owners read this and re evaluate their staffing. Completely unprofessional and just weird. Like don 't you want business/tips? I 've worked in the restaurant business for many years and that was just an embarrassment
