Great quality variety of meat and seafood, worth paying a higher price than the grocery store. The chicken cordonblue is amazing, beautiful thick steaks are a must! I won't buy meat anywhere else now, the staff is awesome! Thank you Kim for your recommendations on meat and how to cook it.

I like this shop quite a bit. They have a ton of really good stuff to choose from. Everything from a dozen different types of sausage to frozen dog food!The shop is clean as a whistle and I generally feel like that’s a must when it comes to a butcher. Gotta be clean and keep everything fresh.The shop is set up with massive freezers and refrigerators against the walls, with frozen options to grab for later. The veal caught my attention and I will try some soon.In the middle, they have a good old fashioned fresh meat setup. Everything from a porterhouse steak, to marinated jerk chicken legs! I went with some skirt steak today cause it looked super fresh and was just calling my name. Literally about to grill it up right now!!The dog food options are a huge plus! Clearly, if you listen to satellite radio or watch tv, or scroll socials, fresh raw dog food is the biggest trend at the moment. Rightfully so, if you want your dogs to be healthy. I’ll add dog food to the list and come down and grab some to let my babes try it out.Thanks for keeping the old school butcher shop in the game folks. It’s super important to grill guys like meself.

I've been buying meat here for a couple of years now and they are always very friendly and the place is always immaculately clean. Of course the selection is incredible they even carry bones and liver and other organ meats that most places don't carry. Would like to see more grass-fed options but if you're looking for a local butcher this is definitely the place to go.

Jassssss! Never cooked ribs before and asked the guys there for some tips and it turned out great! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was out of town from Tahoe and happened to pop in. Found a few great finds ribs were a hit (obvi), sausages were bomb, abs got some bones for my dog ? Thanks guys! ?
