Restaurant has best chefs in inexpensive setting. Excellent deal.

I recommend Ayesteran Restaurant for a friendly atmosphere and great Cuban food in the Miami area. Every time we visit Miami, we always go there to eat either breakfast, lunch or dinner and order Cuban sandwiches and other goodies to take with us back home. We love them! Thanks!

This place has it all excellent food, good prices, waitresses in ill fitting and uncomfortable looking polyester uniforms. We had the red snapper, pollo asado, frijoles negros and arroz blanco, platanos maduros and tostones. The maduros were a tad dry. Like all Miami Cuban establishments, the folks who run Ayestaran are incredibly gracious to Americans who attempt to order in Spanish. I lived in Miami as a child in the '70s and used to eat at the now closed Casablanca Ayestaran has adequately filled the space left behind by Casablanca 's closing.
