The service and quality is very good but the place is ugly

If I could give a zero rating, I definitely would! I placed an order through DoorDash, which was excellent, but unfortunately the experience at Dunkin' was not. They forgot to include my cinnamon roll, gave us the wrong donuts, made two sandwiches on croissants instead of one on a muffin, and didn't include any straws or napkins in the bag. Now I am trying to contact someone to address these issues, but no one is answering the phone. Very poor customer service.

This restaurant is in need of some improvement. The walls need to be fixed as they appear to be crumbling and the center of my donut was undercooked. The overall appearance of the place is run-down.

If you enjoy hot tasty coffee or hot chocolate then you can 't do better than Dunkin donuts.Parking: Either drive up or drive through, parking ain 't going be a problem for you.Kid-friendliness: Just give 'em a donut or two, and I guarantee they ain 't going be a problem for you.Wheelchair accessibility: Not a worry, just come and get a donut and a cup of joe, and start your day right.

Great experience and for the first time in many years, My iced coffee was perfect. Never been to the Dunkin but he definitely got a new customer 10 out of 10 on beverage, food and customer service.
