McDonald's - Forster

Maccas is maccas really and don't get me wrong myself and my family enjoy an occasional treat from here, but when we do our order is usually wrong.Or the sauces are forgotten!The staff make u feel rushed or cut you off most of the times in drive through.Hopefully the manager/owner put some money in there staffs training on customer service

McDonalds are every where and we all visit them when travelling as service is always fantastic, place is clean and food has a very high health standard. You can eat healthy at Mackers...green Salad, Yogert, gluten free rasberry tarts. Forster McDonalds really lives up to the top standard of McDonalds their friendly service is excellent. Give it a GO.

I have been to this takeaway venue a few times the food and service is always up to the maccas standard.

Don't think I've ever done a review on a McDonald's restaurant but I really wanted to make a point of what good service my family and I received. Friendly faces and very polite - perhaps it's because it was a country location and not in the city..!! Great work you guys, and the service and food was great too..

A few years ago, I received a VIP customer card from McDonalds and used to enjoy having coffee and cake brought to my table. However, in the past two years, I have tried to avoid the McDonalds in Forster due to the rude and rushed staff. On 17/10/16 at 8:30pm, I visited the drive-through and spent around $12 on a meal for my grandson. I asked for a free seniors coffee but was told there was nothing available for seniors at that time of night. When I questioned this, the window was closed on me. On 19/10/16 at 9:15pm, I returned to the drive-through with two orders, one to be paid with cash and the other with my card. I was informed that I would have to drive around again to complete the second part of my transaction, despite there being no car behind me. I suggested paying for both orders at once to save a drive around, but the response was that the rules could not be changed. The window closed abruptly once again.
