Contribuisci feedbackWent here about 3 years ago and can't stop thinking about it so I decided to leave a review. My husband and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVED Lisa at the drive thru. She was a real hoot. Our car broke down and she came out with jumper cables and got straight to work turns out my car was just out of gas. I'd expect that kind of service from chick fila but not Starbucks! Lisa actually ran over to get us gas too! We were going to go back and get her a gift card but we came back and Lisa mysteriously disappeared and all the workers said they didn't have a Lisa... talk about a sweet treat. Anyways took off one star because the line was long.
The employees are nice, but this location is always extremely slow. I got here around 0815, and it's been well over 30 minutes. I watched people who came in after me get there drink(s) and food. So, now I'm going to be late for work unfortunately. Either go to the Butner location or get here super early.
The drinks took forever to come out. They were out of a lot of stuff. And one of the female workers kept getting orders wrong and basically throwing food onto the counter. A lot if the chairs and tables were put into a “closing” order instead of being down for people to use.
I have tried this location 2x now and I will not be going back. Both times my order was wrong and I had to contact Starbucks directly for them to correct the issue.1st visit: It was busy, right at 11am so the food court was piling up with people and naturally Starbucks was getting a rush. I placed my order on the app instead of waiting in the long line to order. My drink is called and I walk to my car. I ordered a Brown Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cold foam on top. No pumpkin cold foam (which it was totally white so I should 've known). Went to have it remade and was given SO MUCH ATTITUDE about having it remade and it was still made wrong. They poured espresso in the cup with syrup and ice, no SHAKEN about this process, and topped it with pumpkin foam and shoved it towards me. I called Starbucks because of the experience and how I was treated in the store, no big deal they gave me double the amount I spent back for the inconvenience and said they would do feedback.2nd visit: I had my husband pick up my order on the way home. Ordered him a pumpkin cold brew and my usual brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam. Surprise surprise. Same thing as the first time. No pumpkin cold foam on either drink. And my shaken espresso was not made correctly, meaning it was not shaken. The syrup and stuff was all settled on the bottom. Again, called Starbucks because I was assured feedback would be sent to hopefully prevent this from happening again... clearly they don 't care to make the drinks how they are supposed to be made.DO NOT GO HERE!
