I was satisfied with the taste and large serving size. Even with all that this isn’t a typical Ramen spot. The only flavor for ramen is Tonkotsu (milky pork broth) they seem to focus more on being a Poke bar, fast food style restaurant it seems.Everything we tried was good overall. But it’s a “Pay at the counter carry your own food to the table” fast food style place, not really a typical restaurant, So if your looking for a fancy experience this isn’t it. If you just want casual authentic Tonkotsu ramen, I enjoyed it.
Ordered a medium poke bowl with half sushi rice and half mixed greens as the base. The rice was pretty good. The mixed greens were iceberg lettuce. The toppings were portioned out with the absolute minimum of each topping provided. The Masago was about 1/4tsp. I buy masago all the time, it 's not that expensive, give us an actual spoonful of masago. As I was choosing my toppings, mango, cucumber, edamame, STOP!!! Anything over 3 toppings costs extra! Seriously? Have you people ever seen a real poke bowl? A poke bowl is supposed to be so full that you can 't stir it. I can understand the cost concerns with the tuna, salmon, shrimp, etc... Now the tomatoes are a bridge to far? I have to pay extra for my $15 lunch to add a couple sliced cherry tomatoes? Please stop charging for the basics. Those toppings are included at EVERY poke place I 've ever been to. I 've been to approximately 40 poke places around the world. The basic toppings like corn, edamame, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, mango, pineapple, cabbage, etc... have always been included. The included 2oz styrofoam cup of miso soup was good.If someone wants a poke bowl constructed by a penny pincher, this is your place. Decent ingredients, decent service, decent atmosphere, tightwad portions.
I found the smiling employees were friendly and quickly got my delicious dish together! The ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. I’ve come here a number of times, and the vibe is always upbeat! I’ll be coming back!Food: 5/5
I think this is probably the best poke spot in fort collins! I have tried all the other places and while everywhere else is good, this one has in my opinion the freshest fish! The boba and salt and pepper chicken are awesome too! Definitely give this place a shot!Food: 5/5
Okay Ye's we see you!!Love real ramen so had to check this place out! We ordered a smorgasboard of food last night from here including regular tonkatsu ramen, wontons, egg rolls, and an egg waffle. The ramen broth was delicious and really hit the spot, I got the fried chicken and my friend got the pork. I generally don't get pork belly because I'm not a fan of the fattiness but this pork belly looked like it had a nice char to it/ was on the crispier side. The fried chicken was good and I'm glad they left it in crispy form for delivery not soggy. The broth is a little salty on its own but in combo with the noodles it was good. The noodles were a bit en masse (like one large clump) haha and loaded with bean sprouts. Don't get me wrong, I love bean sprouts but the ratio of noodle to beansprout was a bit much for my liking. The cilantro was not my favorite, not a big cilantro gal and it was pretty layered on. Otherwise felt the broth was quite good which is honestly the most important part of ramen imo!The apps, and egg waffle were both good!! They give you a very small amount of chili sauce but thankfully I always keep some on hand at home. The egg waffle was bomb but must be enjoyed while hot or re-air fry at home cuz it gets soggy if you let it sit. I felt like it needed some kind of topping, not sure what. I still ate the whole thing and went full food coma.Overall solid meal and we were quite happy with it! Next time I'd add an extra egg and maybe or try the Pork Tonkatsu or the spicy version.
