Pho Xuan Tang - Fort Erie

I come here everytime I visit Fort Erie. I always get the same thing, which is simply the noodles in Pho soup with green onions and cilantro as garnishes, so not the most flavourful for most people, but for me it 's like comfort food. I love it! I mostly get it as takeout, but I have eaten there and I do enjoy the layout of the restaurant and the decor. Kathy is wonderful! She is personable and considering she is the only one who serves, she is very efficient and always willing to accomodate. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes a nice bowl of pho or any other Vietnamese and southeast Asian dish (there are Thai and Chinese options on the menu also). While I haven 't tried much else besides my usual, I can say the food is made with love, soul and authenticity.

A lovely family-owned pho restaurant that served just that and a great variety of other Vietnamese dishes. After a road trip to Crystal beach from Toronto, it was really nice knowing there was a authentic Vietnamese restaurant to dine at after a long day. The staff working were extremely patient with my family of 6 and super friendly as well. In addition food was authentic, coming from someone who has gone to pho at least 100 times now. If you're in the area I recommend this place no doubt for good food and service!

We order take on Monday feb11/19 the pork chop is so salty we had to wash it and soak it hot water before we can eat It.the portion is very small I don't recommend it

Want some incredible and authentic Vietnamese food? Want to feel like you 're eating in a Vietnamese mother 's kitchen? If you answered no to either of these, I don 't like you. Anyways, this place is fantastic I highly recommend the bun bo hue. I can 't wait to cross the border again to go back, for realz. I give it 7 stars out of 5.

The pho has a complex flavour. There are also other soups and many dishes--as is trye at typucal restaurants in Vietnam. The owner is very helpful for those who want information about the menu.
