Maguire's Hill 16 - Fort Lauderdale

When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed the neighborhood was a bit too close to an undesirable area, which made me thankful I didn’t choose to dine in, leaving my car there for too long. However, the atmosphere inside was lively, and despite the bustling crowd, my order was prepared quickly. The waitress was exceptionally pleasant. Although I didn’t enjoy what I ordered, I would still recommend Maquire's to others because many patrons seemed to be having a wonderful time. I debated sharing this review since my experience was primarily based on a dish that didn’t suit my taste, but that’s my own preference, not a reflection of the restaurant itself.

This is a fantastic spot to catch up with friends after work, and we even hosted a large private party here once. You can choose to sit in the dining room, at the bar, or in a cozy booth by the bar—each option is enjoyable. The atmosphere is vibrant, creating a great pub-like experience. We visit frequently, and it's interesting to see a diverse mix of ages, genders, and professions come together. You’ll feel at home here while savoring the delicious food and excellent beer. If you’re a fan of Shepherd's Pie, this is definitely the place to be—it’s outstanding! I also enjoy their fish and chips; it's simply fantastic. The locals are very friendly, making it an especially lively spot after work. Overall, it’s a wonderful place, and I've been a regular customer for years.

The seafood salad is a personal favorite, but everything I’ve had here has been fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. I love sitting in a booth away from the bar; it’s an ideal spot for conversations. Even with all the activity around, you can easily chat with friends, and when the music kicks in, there’s always room to dance. I’m not certain if there’s live music during the week, but it’s worth checking out. The venue has front and back entrances, with a convenient parking lot at the back. Upon entering, you’ll find a bar at either end, and the beautiful wood interior is decorated with vibrant artwork. The restrooms are always clean—though I can’t speak for the men’s room! I wholeheartedly recommend Mangos to everyone, from families to couples and teens to seniors. It’s a fantastic place to dine, socialize, and enjoy a good time.

This place is great. Food great, people are great and fun place to hang out.

I was there this past Saturday evening with my family. The service was very good (our server was right on top of everything). The band Celtic Mayhem was very good and the atmosphere was very nice!! The only thing that disappointed me was they don't have the pool tables anymore. Other than that we had a great time and will be back again soon!! Erin Go Brah!
