Mood Food - Fort Lee

This restaurant doesn't offer great value for your money. I paid $17 for an hombre bowl with protein, and it was disappointing. The black beans tasted like they were quickly rehydrated, and the rice was undercooked. The portion sizes were extremely small, barely filling half the serving bowl. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

My initial experience wasn't very good, but my subsequent visits improved. The food is quite tasty! Rating: 4/5.

I absolutely love this place! The food tastes so fresh. I've tried the chicken chipotle burrito, Cobb salad, hambre bowl, and the naked chicken sandwich. I've visited this location twice and have never been disappointed. Food: 5/5

The food is OK, decently healthy and fresh has that small town cafe vibe. The coffee is abysmal but I don 't expect miracles as it isn 't a coffee shop. My low rating is mostly because they have a massive organizational problem. There are always a ton of employees behind the counter yet when I come in to order or pick up I 'm usually ignored for a good 5 minutes unless I actively speak up to get someone 's attention. I often wonder if I 've turned into a ghost as employees don 't seem to be aware of my existence standing at the register. I understand maybe they are always slammed fulfilling online orders, but maybe they should dedicate someone to taking orders and giving pickup orders to customers in the store. At least an acknowledgment like be right with you would be nice. I don 't think I 'd go here if I had other options but I work in the same building and there 's not much around.

What a disappointment!!! Staff is on the phone, customer service is horrible and food was not great, tables, seats and floor filthy! I won’t even give it a second chance.
