I wanted to leave a great review for this store for all of the 5 star deliveries I have had. I order from delivery services often and always seem to have issues with missing items and poor quality. I order from here every Friday (sometimes more) and they have not forgotten a thing. Not to mention it is always packaged nicely, hot food stays hot and cold drinks stay cold. I am so impressed with a store with so many great workers that care!
Order is always ready but no one ever speaks to me when I'm there. Maybe because I order online but still
I had stopped visiting this location after spending thousands of dollars annually, due to the fact of repeated incorrect orders and horrible customer service. Today I decided to visit here instead of drove across town, they did not disappointment in horrible service and incorrect orders! After having my daughter’s drink remade and seeing the attitude in the manager. I decided to keep my incorrect drink and ask the name of the person missing the name tags who was being so rude. She advised she was the manager and her name was Cynthia. I don’t know that my family will ever use this location again. She is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever encountered!
The new barista (female, brown hair) has absolutely no idea how to make drinks (despite taking double the time of any other barista). I’ve complained twice now via the app about her drinks specifically. I have been drinking the same drink for 3 years and whatever it is she’s making is literally foul. I’ve never tasted anything like it. Today I took my botched mocha frappe to another Starbucks by my work. They felt so awful they offered to remake it as the manager could see it looked nowhere near correct. I’d advise you to take the younger guy off of the task of heating up food until she learns how to make drinks.
