The evening started inconspicuous, but that's because we decided to dinner on a Saturday night and it was extremely busy. We had a 35-minute waiting period that almost left us and left us somewhere else, but we blocked it because we understand that the staff in the nights you most need can be low. We finally put ourselves on our table and called a server to help us get at least drinks, because our ?istual? assigned server has not even confirmed us. Matthew decided to take over our table and he was about everything he needed. Probably one of the best servers we've ever had gone anywhere. Once we finish our drinks, he got more for us. He checked in MANY times whether we needed anything else or if our meals were good. The manager Nick was also SUPERIOR. We sat right at the kitchen, so he was often in and out, but every time he came by, he made sure to ask us if we needed something else. We felt taken care of and appreciated so that definitely reflected in Matthew Tip, especially because he wasn't technically our server to begin. Not only were Matthew and Nick great people, but our meals were delicious. All we ordered came directly from the oven and was made exactly what we demanded. Because it was as busy as it was, all in Longhorn, especially our server Matthew and the manager Nick were fantastic. I can't thank them enough for a good time. In any case, ALWAYS will be back asking if there is a table open where Matthew serves.
Came here for a family celebration with many family members. I know we have a lot to do, but we had a great time. I'm waiting for tables. Not too long. Our server Matt P was a nice man and he was amazing. Really appreciate what he did to help us celebrate birthday. Thanks Longhorn and Matt.
There was indeed a great experience, no distance mandate or face mask requirement and greatest steak available is a 22 oz T-bone and they know professionally how to place your food also you without the need for serving tablets and they give you a large piece of bread with a side of butter as a free complementar and lettuce was fresh and free refills on drinks and give you 2 forks one for salad and one for steak. When you order, they bring a dish to your table at a time not all at once and once you pay with mobile money on your phone getting in and out was never easier. And for dessert they only seem to bring a piece of shortcake because it looks like they want to pay attention to the health of people by reducing our intake in sugar.
The food in general is good, the meats in the term that they request is very good, they are very soft meats, and with very good flavor, and with the right fat for each cut, the waiting time from the service to the serving is relatively short, around 10 to 15 minutes. salads are fresh and cheap. All in all it's a good choice for meat lovers.
