Contribuisci feedbackMy main problem with this restaurant is the lack of consistency. The food is typical of what you would find at a Wendy's, but there are times when they only accept cash or when they are closed despite their posted hours. This inconsistency happens quite often.
I often choose from the standard menu options at this restaurant chain and consistently receive excellent service at the drive-thru. December 2022.
The customer service at this establishment is lacking. In short, we were charged for a 10 piece nugget despite mentioning our coupon for free nuggets at the drive through and window. The manager overheard but did not assist us. Instead, another employee told us, "This is ultimately a business trying to make money," and refused to make an adjustment. Fortunately, the customer service representative at Corporate apologized and offered to make the adjustment for us. Overall, our experience was disappointing and unpleasant. We recommend going to a different location with fresher food and better customer service to avoid similar issues.
Stopped to grab quick bite. The drive thought is only open. Not enough workers to open dining room, even during the day. 2 Chrispy Chicken sandwiches and med. Coke, $5.08. Not bad.
My fries where cold and I asked for my burger to be plane and it had everything on it . Couldn't eat it cuz I'm allergic to mustard. 3 rd time and last time . Will never go back
