Contribuisci feedbackI placed my order with the cashier, who was engaged in a nearby phone conversation with someone who seemed to be just hanging around. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for blue cheese, carrots, and celery that were left out of my bag. It was very disappointing. Make sure to check your order before you leave!
Yesterday, they were particularly busy, with eight employees working, but only two of them spoke English. I ordered online and even waited an additional 10 minutes past the estimated pickup time. Despite this, my order still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes before I had to ask for a refund. Miraculously, my order was prepared within 30 seconds of that request. While I appreciate that there were many staff members on duty, it was frustrating that only one girl at the register spoke English, aside from the manager who was in the back. On the bright side, my boneless wings were delicious, especially their new hot and honey flavor. However, I noticed that the wings were much smaller than usual; I assume they've changed suppliers. It seems that Wingstop needs to reconsider the pickup times they provide online, as many customers were visibly frustrated waiting for their orders. I overheard the girl at the register constantly explaining that the food was just about to come out and that there were other customers waiting too. This has become a recurring issue, and because of this experience, I don't plan to return to this location.
The wings were enjoyable, but the customer service was disappointing. It took us 40 minutes to get our order of 16 wings. The restaurant was not clean, and they didn’t have any ice cream available. It seemed like there was a family that the staff catered to, as they were constantly given food. Additionally, parking was a bit cramped.

Came in to order wing meals and the cook I see him go to the freezer to get chicken to put it in the fryer but no glove he grabs hands full of chicken with no gloves and throws them in the fryer then turns around and grad the ice bucket without washing his hands then go back to cooking food after that without washing his hands sooo gross and they refuse to give me a refund.... I would not recommend this place to anyone I even have video
