Bali Oceanfront - Fort Shafter

It was the most satisfying meal I had in Hawaii.I made a reservation at 7:30 on purpose because of the fireworks display.When taking my order, I was asked if I wanted to eat after the fireworks show and was given a spot with a good view, so I went out to the terrace and watched it before eating.I had lamb steak and ravioli and both were great.The prices are so high that just having brunch costs a hundred dollars, but even though it's expensive, I think it's worth the price. I recommend it!

The pressure is on when it is this kind of view and this kind of location. It is a lot to match when we consider food , service and value. The bar is set high and I would like to say it was met with perfection, but other off the beach fine dining restaurants in the area do it better without the view. So my advice, go here and enjoy all that it is and ignore what it is not.

The place is nice, views ok, service was wonderful, food was mediocre for the prices!!I would not go back. Steak was not the size advertised, ordered medium came out well done, dry and chewy... lobster were really small. The bisque had a fishy fishy taste.

16 years ago we got married at the Hilton and 400+ of our guests were pleased with the overall service and experience. I'm glad to say that after all these years, Hilton's service albeit outside of the Coral Ballroom...never wavered as we were treated with top notch hospitality and overall dining experience. Food- A+! We started with the fresh oysters from Washington and continued with steaks. We both had the bone-in Delmonico and it was cooked to perfection. I requested medium and my wife had medium-well and it was spot on. If you are a fan of truffle, I highly recommend their truffle risotto!! Mmmmm! Service- A+! I forgot the name of our waiter but he was an older asian gentleman with great people skills. We could tell he had a genuine love for his job as he was able to build a strong rapport in just a short amount of time. Ambiance- A! I'm being a little picky leaving out the plus lol. I intentionally planned this dinner on a Friday hoping to see the fireworks while being seated at our table. Rather, we were treated with the smell of the potent “green stuff” for a small bit of time. Thanks to our server, he allowed us to view the fireworks show from the back balcony and it was such an awesome experience! There was also a singer out in the lobby area. It would've been super nice to hear it from the main dining room (possibly have a spot reserved within the dining area to have the lounge singer lol) I believe the dining area played music soon after the live singing was complete. We frequent the usual steakhouses for our special occasion dinners and we are thrilled to have yet another fine dining place to go to in the future. We love food!! This was quite literally the perfect experience. We don't have any complaints whatsoever.The location/ambiance- The oceanfront view is gorgeous. We even caught a lovely sunset.The service- The best service that we've had thus far and that says alot because all of our service has been great. Ginger was amazing and so thoughtful. She was the one who suggested that we go to the rear outside to take a picture with the sunset as our backdrop. Definitely generous tip-worthy.The food- It was absolutely delicious, seasoned just right and came out way faster than expected! It was the perfect experience!
