Cicis Pizza - Fort Walton Beach

Pizza? Buffet! You will even have a fresh cake for the buffet of what you want when you ask for it. Always scratch this itch. Tho this isn't somewhere you take a first date. Unless they bring friends!

Returned today and was somewhat disappointed. Some of the noodles for the soup were dried. The salad in the salad bar was frozen (wet-looking leaves) before it was pulled out. Most of them were brown and weepy look. Most of the pizza crusts were not boiled enough-it was too doughy. Management seemed friendly enough today. Come on! Since 2008 I have often eaten at this place. Please get your toilets in better shape.

All about cicis was mediocre. Nothing was bad. the decoration was simple and somewhat worn. Although what seemed to be enough personal, many tables were not cloged. the pizza was chewing with not much on the way to slip. some did not seem to have a sose, only cheese and a smashed topping. the salatable was also quite limited. you will get what you pay here, moderate eating for a reasonable price.

Food is, as it always was, a solid C- to D-area. But the change over the time that hangs on me is the tired interior and the stunning steep price for the quality of the food you receive. Staff seem very attentive and hard to work, so absolutely no problem with each of them.

Today will be the last time we ever eat at this CiCi?s location. The cups we were given for our fountain drinks were covered in a thick greasy coating and smelled. When I asked for paper cups/Togo I was told I would have to pay for it. The credit card system was down and I didn?t want to have to stand in line again and wait 5 minutes while my card was programmed into a lap top. So we sucked it up and used water cups. We are regulars here so it was very disappointing with the experience we had today. As we are leaving I asked my sons to go in the bathroom and wash their hands, while waiting by the bathrooms the kitchen door was cracked so I could definitely see everything going on, as I look down I see a cockroach alive in the ground on its back moving around but that?s not the worst part, the smell comity from the back kitchen would knock a horse out. It smelled of rotting food and old feet. I gagged all the way to my car knowing I had just eaten in this establishment. Completely grossed out. I?ve worked in the service industry 16 years, the Gm should be ashamed. The district manager should be aware and the owner of this franchise. The one compliment I have about this place is the female manager there who I know has been there for a while is very sweet. But that?s about it.
