Hot Spot Cigars Coffee

Super super super friendly and helpful. Bought some really cool tin signs for a friend's birthday. They were so stoked when they received them. Not a smoker but did observe that they had an array of smoking pipes and paraphernalia. Looked like they had quite the collection. The staff though, was truly amazing at customer service. They were prompt, informative, delightful in conversation, and generally a really nice guy. Pleasant experience.

Awesome place! Kalen was very helpful even though I didn't have much time. We were in town for a VA appointment but worth the 230.4mi round trip just to spend more time and really enjoy the atmosphere. I've been to a handful of lounges and this one puts all to shame! There prices are half of what people in Alabama want. Please look at opening one in Mobile!! Y'all would put everyone here out of business.

Definitely expected a lounge to smoke inside, but they haven't had that since before covid. Can't really blame them with everything it takes to make that possible, but I'm sure I'll be at 5 stars once that's an option again. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Highly professional and helpful staff. Recently got into cigars and it can be overwhelming with all the types and flavors and sizes and as soon as they heard me say I’m new to it they just showed me 2 or 3 to start with. The Ambience is also incredible, great coffee and a very well kept outdoor area to enjoy the cigar you just bought. 10/10 would recommend 100x over

Great selection of cigars, and the staff is usually very helpful and friendly, but not on Friday morning October 21st. After making my selections of cigars, which added up to almost 70.00, the gentleman working there accused me of looking in his drawer. Was he accusing me of being a thief? Don 't know, but Probably won 't be back shame because I like the place
