Contribuisci feedbackWas excellent the first couple times that I used the app on this place. the last time the tracking was extremely behind me, so I didn't know that the guy was at my doorstep because it told me that the pizza was still in a lot. the next time what will be the last thing I ordered at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday night and at 11:00 a.m., it still says that they check the quality of the pizza and nothing happened to me, which tells me that it just sits there and it doesn't matter if someone delivers it or not. this is the reason why people use their competitors. their coupons about the competitors do not stand out for this inability.
We waited in the drive thru lane for over 45 minutes without ever moving. We ended up leaving. The wait was incredible but not as bad as seeing the employees through the window yell at each other while they wiped their sweat and snout from their face onto their hands then onto the dough. The sad thing is our pizza was probably ready and sitting there however they only focused on the car that was at the window instead of getting orders out. Doubt my family will ever choose Domino's again.
Waited 1hr and 5 min for our pizza. Pizza arrived via contactless delivery. Pizza was ridiculously greasy, bread was greasy, soggy and cold. Oh wait...and they did not deliver the 4 sodas and marinara I ordered and paid for. Called to speak with someone and, after being on hold for 38 minutes, someone picked up and hung up the phone.
Awful! Couldn't use our gift card because something wasn't working with their system. If I would have known how horrible the pizza would be I would have saved my cash and driven away. Pizza was undercooked and nasty. Salad was big chunks of the middle of the head. Yuck!
