Chicken Express - Fort Worth

I ordered the mixed platter of 8 pieces and waited over 20 minutes, including 10 minutes after placing my order and another 10 minutes after making payment. I received 3 thighs, 3 drumsticks, and 2 wings. While the mix wasn't exactly what I expected, at least the numbers were right. It cost me $25. Thankfully, I didn't have high expectations. The food was very good, but with the increased prices, I expected better service.

I had a very troubling experience at this restaurant. Someone from their staff managed to steal my card information, and the manager doesn't seem to care at all. While I was waiting for my food, a worker handed me my card, which made me forget to take it back. Once I got home and realized I didn't have my card, it was too late. I was naive to trust the staff, thinking they wouldn’t behave this way. The person waited a week before attempting to steal over $500 in Amazon charges from my card and even managed to make two transactions on Lyft. I will be reporting this worker as soon as my claim information comes through, and I plan to contact the company first thing tomorrow morning!

This was my first experience at Chicken Express. Overall, it was acceptable, but quite pricey. I was really disappointed to find that they didn't even have barbecue sauce available—something I believe is essential for a chicken restaurant, along with gravy. While the food was good, I think it's important to have a variety of options, especially since the two chicken tender meals cost over $30. People appreciate variety, especially when dining out.

My experience in this chicken E was that it all fluffed out of the restaurant! My chicken was big and juicy and crispy! The severity was thick and delicious! Listen to other Chicken E sites lately my severity was casual, but this severity was perfect! Everything was made fresh and tasteful! Thank you?

PRICES RAISED! $10.99 for a number 1. That is for 4 tenders, a drink, and a side...highway robbery! Unfortunately I won't be back anymore these prices are crazy. Also either the tenders got smaller too or y'all just don't quality control the size if tenders, such a shame. Since you raised prices on food did you happen to pass any of that along to your employees?
