Jimmy John's - Fort Worth

Scare the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one who worked when I had to make a big order. He wasn't even flinch when I gave him the 2 page order. He was super attentive and clarified to confusing specifications. He just made the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He went absolutely over and over by marking everything and separating the orders after the paper requests. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the great order in his hands and asked where I was parked so that he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were delivered successfully and were all right up to the smallest details. Of course, these sandwiches were dead after my crews had stopped them. Again, great props to Matthew. He's amazing. We will definitely order from this site in the future.

Today I made an online order of 16 Jimmy John's Boxes. About 20 minutes later I received a call from the store that they do not have enough bread and it took about 2 hours and a half to complete my order. How a sandwich shop is not prepared with enough bread for 16 sandwiches on weekends? It's unacceptable. I finally got Tacos for my team members.

Update after phone call from Manager. I will never spend my money here, I will definitely never recommend anyone else spend their money here. It is a shame in May of 2022 people are still using Covid as an excuse for everything.In the hospital district with open sign and all other lights on yet closed at 8pm.

Love this place!!!! Staff is Super friendly, the music in the dine area was Jamming it was such an awesome vibe. Peaceful and groovy ?
