Panera Bread - Fort Worth

I usually write reviews, and if I do, it is positive not negative. But I put an order from door to panera and when I went to pick it up, they told me it wasn't on their system and they said it was on their shelf an hour ago, but I didn't pick it up? So they allowed someone to take my order and not review it. Instead of giving a solution first, they gave attitude. Then they said they would "produce another order" one of the workers or managers pushed the bag into my hands. Don't feel bad for a mistake at the end.

Y’all this place was too good I was like ok underground place no one talks about I am def a fan that is safe. no cuz I never expected to call this place skurril?? also from the topic, not for other girls, but Newks is discras ugly step sister... anyway, I reccomend the chipotle chicken sandwich it has avocado and is fire highkey.

This Panera site has some of the most friendly staff from the manager below. Manager described which options were available up to the cookie selection. Restaurant was clean and well kept, and yes the food was a little expensive for what you get, although the most likely the Panera pricing. Food: 4/5

After 20 minutes driving through I was disappointed to come home and find absolutely no avocado in my Chipotle Chicken AVOCADO Sandwich.

This is the worst panera bread I've ever ordered from. I've ordered pickup twice, and the order was wrong both times. I had been ordering from another Panera bread and never had any problems, so I never check the order before I leave. The first time the salad had brown lettuce and a rotting pepper. This time it was missing the French baguettes and they gave me a croissant instead of a brownie. The receipt was correct but they did not fill it correctly.
