Whataburger - Fort Worth

This location is kind of a hot mess. It's a very busy location at a busy intersection, so it's not really anyone's fault. There's no problem with the food or staff. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Whataburger and the staff has always beenfriendly to me, but I think they're too busy to be able to handle it. The drive thru has been a disaster lately, with carspulled over and parked all over the place. Going in is much better.

Slowest Whataburger ever!!!! These people go around like zombies. You have no idea what it means to run a fast food restaurant. Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, while they just walked around completely relentless and finally tried to give me the wrong order, and when I finally got my order, my pommes were just tipped in the pocket and everything was cold. I'm going out 15 minutes to another Whataburger. This is absolutely terrible! The company should be ashamed of this place and the lazy people who work here.

I have literally been waiting for 20 minutes, there was no line. I paid and was pushed a few feet past the window, as to hurry me off. Cashier was polite until end of transaction.Going on 30 minutes. Just had a woman come out and ask me what I had. My poor four year old is seeing what terrible service looks like, asking if we lost our food.This started at 2:21. Food brought out at 2:52For ONE HAMBURGER CIN ROLL AND FRIES

Had no serious issues at this location despite the somewhat low end surrounding area. I have seen locations in similar areas have employees that matched the same quality. I had a slight issue with them not hearing me well in the drive through though.

Everyone was nice and courteous and attentive. My complaint is that I waited 15 minutes after I got my food for my shakes. By this time my food is cold. I had went through the drive thru. Just wish my shakes were served same time.
