Contribuisci feedbackThey get the orders wrong every time. I haven't been to this location for 3 months since and they had the wrong order then.. I thought maybe they would get their things in order, I was sorely mistaken.. I'll give it another 3 months before I go back tothis location again, hopefully by then they might learn to do their orders correctly.
I had to put one star in order to place a comment. I placed an order online and I have waited over an hour to have it prepared. The crew look lost and disorganized. I see a manager not helping nor directing his crew. Instead he snuck out the back and ranaway from the hot mess with his crew struggling to get orders ready and handed out. After this I'm never going to deal with thisanymore with whataburger. And no you don't even belong in the discussion of being one of texas best burger joint
Karla and Jackie both working drive thru horrible customer service. Had a 50$ order asked if needed condiments after being extremely rude and unprofessional was pulled up to wait 15 minutes on my order and given no condiments after I paid for extrasauce as well. Had to disconnect my special needs son from his medical equipment to go inside and ask for the rest of my order.But there was one employee Angel working front register that changed the whole situation with her kindness in given meassistance. Your drive thru employees need more training!! Good luck! (She pocketed my money for my extra sauce and never wasput in the bag Karla)
I was very disappointed today by my Patty melt. It came with onions, but no patty melt sauce. Besides, we had to wait a while before we even get our food. They were busy, but the fact that it took more than 20 minutes to wait to get my food and it was not properly prepared. If it wasn't paid, I could have left. Time to improve your service.
It was a busy time since the New Year's Eve. The food was cold when it delivered us and no avocados at my meal, but their customer service was on the point. Food: 3/5
