Smitty's Diner - Francis Creek

Arrived on a late Sunday morning... we were the only people in the restaurant... yet somehow we received terribly inattentive service. All three of us asked for coffee... we got our cups but they were never refilled once. All of our cups could have been rapidly refilled... but instead our server sat at the table next to us eating and texting on their phone. The food was ok, except while all of us had ordered over easy eggs... all three of us got rock-hard yolks. The pancakes were dry as the Sahara in summertime. When we received our food... our server plopped our plates down and quickly scurried away to go back to chatting with some regulars that had come in after us. We had to get up and ask her for multiple things that most servers would know to bring without asking... like... say... syrup for pancakes... Positives of the experience include very bright fluorescent lighting so you can clearly see the sub par food youre about to ingest, and a few windows to make sure your car is still where you parked it. Food 4/10 Service 2/10 Atmosphere 4/10

Amazing food, great service, their chili is off the chain, I get it everytime I go!
