Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Franklin

It is too busy. It took 15 minutes for my order to come in. And I just ordered the cheese curds and a milkshake.

I went here on a field trip and the ice cream was great. I brought my own lunch but the ice cream was great.

We love that Dairy Queen is always open to eat inside. They have great employees, who are kind, energetic, and get things right! One of our very favorites

Picked up small order of grilled chicken bites for dinner. Very good. Drive thru was fast and efficient. Would recommend.

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. The speed of the drive-thru service is very impressive compared to other fast-food options in Franklin. However, my one complaint is that there is a manager who tends to speak in an overly fake and exaggerated voice while trying to add extra items to your order without your consent. During my last visit, I ordered a 4-piece Chicken basket and was told that my fries would be upgraded to a large size, along with being asked what I wanted for my large drink. I did not request these upgrades, and it is frustrating to have to argue with someone just to receive a simple chicken basket without any add-ons. While upselling is understandable, it is inappropriate to phrase it as if these extras are already included in the order.
