This store is absolutely awful. You try to buy a drink with NO ice and they charge you $1 for no ice. The management will sit there and argue with you and tell you she can put less ice in the system but will have to charge you $1 for no ice. Absolutelyrude liars there. The young man named Ryan has helped me a few times and he got rid of the $1 charge every time he has helpedme. Vina is the manager who tried to charge me and then lie about it afterwards. I spoke with corporate and they asked for thestore number vina felt it was ok to lie about the store number. Corporate was able to find the store with the addressprovided. Vina then tried to give me the drink free and said ?no charge? once she seen me on the phone with corporate. Did notaccept it will no longer give my money to these people.
Need more staff to handle too slow Donuts are almost over even at 9:17 am
This Dunkin might be the most poorly managed, understocked, embarrassment to the franchise. The place has ?Donuts? in its name and doesn?t have actual donuts on a consistent basis, let alone any other food items offered on their menu. I?ve visitedmultiple times and have not had a single experience where they actually had the items offered on their menu. Ever since theownership change, this place has never been the same. It?s a shame. Note to other customers: do not go here with anyexpectations as you will get let down. That is all.
They needs more employees It take half an hour to complete a order 20 Donna's 1/2 gallon of coffee...due to the facts...that 2 employees can't take care of the drive-throughand. The front regular people..inside the Store. The management have to hire at least one more employee
