Ariake Japanese - Frankston East

We were here as a family and had the boot as well as a series of other things. it's a tiny little place to book. the food was delicious and we tried many of the items on the menu. I didn't. not sure what we had. it was delicious. you have to try it! cheers

A little insecure at first sight, but wow eating was amazing, we will definitely go back and the service was very friendly and helpful

Eating was very nice, especially the sushi boat, with the freshest sashimi. the service was somewhat slow, but the result was worth waiting for it. the restaurant is a bit economical and very loud. ok for a family trip, but I would not recommend it for a romantic dinner. the employees were courteous and friendly, but very busy and not always easy to win their attention.

We were here several times and have always enjoyed eating. that was the first time we ordered the big sushi boat. 90 minutes later we were starved and ready to get burger when the food finally arrived. it was good, but we were so hungry at the time that we hardly tasted it. they should not issue orders before other diners and should contain a warning in time when ordering the boot. the other two tables ordered the same and had the same problem. if they cannot do it in a reasonable time, they do not offer it.

We have been coming here for a good 7 years now. We have eaten sushi at many different places and always leave agreeing that Ariake was better. Always lovely fresh mouth watering food. The restaurant is intimate and cosy and very lovely. The staff are...always nice and helpful. And the owner is always looking after his guest and very friendly. We regularly dine here and so do many of our friends and family. Highly recommend and a massive thumbs up for us.
