Papa Johns Pizza - Frederick

This is the most beautiful Papa John’s I have ever visited. Josh and his staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating when my son and I walked in without a reservation. They took care of us promptly and greeted us with warm smiles. I will definitely be returning!

I specifically asked the driver if the garlic sauce was included in our order, and he confirmed that it was. However, when we called to inquire about it, the manager informed us that the driver had returned with the sauce at a later time, but it never arrived. Next time, I'll order from a different Papa John's. On a positive note, the pizza was delicious!

We typically enjoy our orders here, but tonight two out of the three pizzas were not fully cooked and fell apart when we tried to pick up a slice. The third pizza, which is shown in the picture, was supposed to be a medium size but resembled a personal one instead.

A service always, big thanks to josh and the team for always take care of me and all at the mr. tire right next door at the most east in the city frederick, keep it on youngs, we love and thank them!

I came here to compliment the cordial delivery drivers, but unfortunately discovered I was missing a soda this time.
