Everything was good but not amazing or fantastic. The fries could have been salted more and while the chicken was good and well cooked there were no spices that jumped out or spice to the seasoning. I would rather choose Popeyes for flavor and seasoning even if it gives me indigestion.

This was a fun departure from your KFC or even Popeyes. It is an inexpensive , low pressure way for this PA Dutchie to try Hispanic food, and it was delicious. For a fast food restaurant, we were impressed that the dining in food was served on melamine plates. This place was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Cashier doesn't speak English, spent 15 minutes JUST to order and she took all my order wrong. Chicken was dried like paper, obviously being refried from last night batch since we came right when they are open. Soggy fries and plantain was mediocre. They had signs for deals on the table to get free chicken by downloading the app but it didn't work. Dissapointing but the manager was the only one speaks English and nice enough to replace the order with a fresh batch (waited another 10 minutes) and honor the app deal. So 2 stars for good customer service, but definitely won't be coming back for the food and not recommending to others.

I deliver the food to this exact store, I thought to myself why not try there food. OMG it was amazing and yes better than Popeyes and KFC sorry lol. Great fried chicken Horchata drink. Yummy!

Oh my gosh they're chicken sandwich is to die for. And I'm talking bout period poo!!! Yo this was my daughter's go to and I ain't never really mess with it but then one day ordered this joint... Bang! The best thing you've ever had in your life! ????
