Mcdonald's - Freeland

My 2 1/2-year-old son and I had breakfast at your McDonald this morning. When we left my son, he played with the stopovers, the chair crashed back and hit him in the cheek. He cried and your employee, Randy, came to him immediately to make sure he's okay. He not only checked for him, but bought him a chocolate chip cookie to make him feel better. I thought about his goodness all day and I had to share it! I wish there were more Randy in this world.

They have a real nice and polite staff there they are always cheerful always asking how you're doing and how your day is going

The decor is questionable but order accuracy is far above par the colorful clientele make for a cheerfull and upbeat dining experience The staff .... Eh

Usually good service good food but came in at 1120pm and everything was off but it said till midnight which obviously isn't true!!!!

I celebrated Valentine's night at this restaurant with my three granddaughters. The young lady who took our order showed great patience as we figured out what to get for three Happy Meals. Understanding that I had my hands full, the staff brought our order to us, which was a huge help. The girls were given an activity book and crayons to keep them entertained. To top off our experience, we were offered a Shamrock shake as we left! The service was outstanding! Thank you.
