I was a piece of fruit in the bakery yesterday and unfortunately I am very disappointed by the customer service. You can only pay with the card from 5 euros. The Kulis (used and disinfected (if any) for the contact are in a cup. I can still accept that. But: After payment and contact, I would naturally disinfect my hands, unfortunately I did not find any disinfectant. I've seen a couple of bottles standing next to the checkout and asked the seller if I could use the disinfectant. I was immediately cancelled and informed that this is not for the staff. The desenfiction agent was immediately removed. (as if I wanted to steal). I felt very uncomfortable. After my question whether there's something for customers, I got the no answer. I can't understand such a behavior in the Corona time. Too bad because the food, the coffee and cake were very good.
