Maybe you are wondering why I would give them 4 I gave them that many due to their positive attitude, friendless and prompt service if we contacted them about our order. So, what was that? Got the 6 pack and a pound together with 3 churros for the children and three shrimp tacos. At first they only packed and gave me 1 shrimp taco instead of the 3 I paid for. The potato oil is that we are not even warm or crispy and although I said no salad on the tacos, every single taco had crazy salad and we have the wrong drinks to boot! They contacted them and they were helpful with a nice posture and politely they repaired it with a replacement of our order plus done extras. We were not able to get the replacement order on the day we ordered it when we went to Lincoln and were in a real schedule. We have also not gone to collect our replacement order, but will do this today 18. May and we will let you all know how this visit goes and post when we leave the big ones you again. So check here to update our experience with Taco John's! Thank you for reading our posts hope that they will help you! UPDATE; May 19, 2022 We went to get the replacement order and after a phone call to check that I spoke to the assistant manager and the order, they replaced the entire order. Well, they wanted to replace the whole order including drinks, but I told them that the Churros drinks were good, there is no need to give them back, but hey, they offered so that is cool! The replacement order was delicious, hot and fresh! It was made as if we had asked, and Tacos were not jumped to fillings. TO MANAGER OF TACO JOHN's Thanks for making the bad order right. I work at the food service, as a manager Doi knows that sometimes chaos-ups happen, but you took care of it and the second time was yummy thanks!
I ordered a sixpack and a pound and asked two of the tacos to be only meat. You've got the order right, but you've ordered me extra. Less food and it costs more. How does that make sense?
