I was there on Thanksgiving Day for the late morning. The line was out of the door and almost around the building, but the service was fast. The food was delicious and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Food is always fresh to this place prices are reasonable. (Vegetarian options also!!! Nothing vegan. Customer service is also good. I had a voucher that would not apply for any reason, so that the gentleman who worked the driven thru window, an override to honor the discount!
