Carl's Jr. - Fresno

Good luck with costumer service. Even with an empty place I couldn?t get someone to acknowledge me at the counter. After a few minutes I turned around and took my business elsewhere.

It's a Carl's Jr., So reliable and pretty good food. However, the dining room was empty and service was incredibly slow!

Person at window was super nice. She was polite and professional. Even though debit card wasn?t working she gave a shot to see if it would. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches diet Dr Pepper and hand breaded chicken sandwich. Spicy chicken sandwiches were madevery nicely and clean, best tasting fountain soda, not but fan of hand breaded chicken it was made super fresh but for somereason chicken was bit chewy. This place is under new management and I think new employees are doing amazing job. Giving onestar less because hand bread chicken sandwich was hard to eat n chewy( it cost $8 just for sandwich lol)

Just terrible service.. The place was empty with not one person in the place but it took forever to be able to order because 2 out of the 4 people working were on there phones.. And I ordered the burgers with no tomatoes and they had burgers.. The frieswere cold and soggy.. I recommend going to the McDonald's across the street..

Usually very good and always gets your order right. They are right next to an on-ramp to the 99 freeway so it's always a good stop when you're driving to Fresno or anywhere South of Madera.
