Noodle Express - Fresno

It was cool when we left Yosemite, and we really wanted something warm and full. While @noodleexpressfresno is not vegan or even vegetarian, it was simply enough to ask for changes. Unfortunately, our server was new and had a rough night. Isabel asked if she could have the fried Tofu triangles with BBQ sauce instead of the sauce with which it comes, and the server said yes, but later no (sometimes as it was prepared). They brought her another sauce to dive, but she wasn't a fan. Dan ordered the pad Si-Ew he enjoyed except that it came up with egg. It took a while to get our food, so he just ate around instead of sending it back. I ordered some yellow curry that was delicious, but a little on the spicy side. It was full of vegetables and it warmed up, so I can't complain.

You have some vegan options for all you badasse hanging in the Tower District. Be quiet, excuse to support animal abuse, I will pay someone else to kill my food because I will go a weak little [censored] and vegan!

So I know these cats are new, but my veggie noodle dish was rather not cooked. It was at the right temperature, but the vegetables were just steamed and the tofu was... hot tofu. Hopefully they improve their tofu by grilling, roasting, SEASONING. Also got the vegan spring rolls that had no vegan protein-just salad. You have a long way.

The personal was very pleasant. most foods were good for the first time after the third.
