Contribuisci feedbackCustomer service was terrible. 2 people were on their phones in the back, 5 customers at the counter waiting, nobody came. Me and another customer kept calling out for some napkins and plates, no response for another 5 minutes. They proceed to give usattitude when they gave us the stuff. I?d assume spending $60 on a family meal would amount to something for decent service. Butalas, the food felt disappointing, half their food was unavailable, lobby soda machine was unavailable, common utensils wereunavailable, and yet they took forever to accommodate us when we asked for them.
Tiny pieces of chicken, very slow service, extremely cold dining room, and side items that were half full. Makes it hard to want to come back.
Excellent job to the manager running shift, didn?t get to ask for her or his name, but keep up the good work????????
Chicken and mashed potatoes and biscuits were good. Should have been offered the honey and butter for the biscuits. Disappointed in lack of sides options because they were out of so much. Need to go to the restroom and needed a code to get in, when I gotthe code there was no toilet paper or seat covers went out and informed the staff and they came back with I'm sorry we don'thave those supplies to fix that. So my family and I promptly left.
It was Sunday my first time ever going to Popeyes and they tell me they are out of $6 Hushpuppy Shrimp Meal will not have any more till Tuesday so the following Sunday I call this location 7x over a 2 hour period to see if they have the Hushpuppy Shrimp,but the phone just rings rings and No answer. Another bunch of FAST FOOD CLOWNS who really don't care about their Business!!!
