Only thing that could use improvement was the speaker in the drive thru was rather quiet and hard to hear.

I exclusively order through the app. I visit this location several days a week on different days, during different times, so it's never always the same people I encounter. The staff are lovely, energetic, and cheerful, but frequently my drink orders are incorrect or someone else's entirely (e.g. the label has my name order on it but the drink is clearly not my order). Today I ordered a Ho-Ho mint mocha, and it was a regular mocha. Historically my orders are wrong 3/5's of the time. Since I'm on my way to work, I can't take the time to turn around and get it resolved. This has been my experience for the last 3-4 months, and...I just never know what I'm going to get when I order from this location. I'm not visiting this location anymore.

Caribou, please update gift cards to allow for tipping option. I dont carry cash and couldn't tip the ladies today.Great service, cheery attitude, hot food.
