Perfect Christmas dinner with very good wein recommended service: 5 Hotel highlights: quiet, great value, high-tech

As always very well eaten. the surprise crowd was all over.

In the south of Lower Saxony. for decades, the schillingshof has been enjoying an excellent call, now we were able to convince ourselves. no music in the background, nice talks with the owners (sohn takes over the sommelier, mother the good soul in the service and the vater as chef) give the visit in the traditional pub a pleasant flair. we chose the 5-speed menu. accompanied by three greetings from the kitchen and a wonderful wine selection, we were able to win a good overview of the current map, which changes all 4 weeks. the personal was always actiw at the gast and refilled our glasses constant. nice was also the variedly equipped digestif small with all kinds of high percentage. a hennessy xo, very good to distillate and others must of course not be missing. unfortunately we only noticed the option of a fish soup to the menu later.

Never eat so much. it was a taste experience. absolute delusion. great ambiente. great, nice, accommodating service. at any time. absolutely recommend. service: 5

The 7 menu was excellent! outside on the terrace on a warm summer evening, wonderful! I can't say anything about the interiors, we haven't stayed there. service: 5 location: 5
