Papa Johns Pizza - Friendswood

I just have to take the time to bring attention to one particular employee at the Friendswood’s location. Patrick is an outstanding person. We literally get a pizza from there at least 5 times a week and from the first day that I met Patrick, he has been such a nice guy. He is definitely an asset to that store. Keep up the great work Patrick and thank you for bringing a smile to me and my family every time we see you.

Horrible service!!! Ordered pizza online to be delivered at 7:15. Told at 9:15 pizza was out for delivery by Karl. Then called back at 10:15 and told had to cancel order. No one called to tell me my order was canceled. When I called back the manager offered no solution and was rude!!!! Will NEVER order from this papa John’s again! Absolutely zero customer service!!!

I placed an order for 1 pizza at 7:20 pm today and it is now 9:53 pm and I still do not have my order. No way they are so busy they cannot get a single pizza out in 3 hours. Ridiculous.

Awesome. I gave a $10.00 tip for my drink not to show up with the rest of my order. There is a corner store less than 4 mins from my house. I thought they'd go there and pick up a drink and return, but I called this location to learn they drove all the way back to Friendswood location to get my drink. I threw away my order as the boneless wings are under cooked and my PAPADIAS were gooey. I do not want to get sick for eating under cooked chicken. The drink took 40 minutes to get back to me. The driver smoked on the way back and when I opened the bag with my drink I got a big whiff of Cig smoke.

They do not honor/participate in the 50% off coupon the day after the Texans win... straight out of the manager's mouth. Will not be ordering from this Friendswood location.
