Whataburger - Friendswood

ABSOLUTELY the WORST!! The woman behind the counter was the rudest person ever!! My granddaughter coughed and she said the baby better not be sick cuz I don 't feel like getting sick ! The food was COLD!! Hot fries and cold burgers! it took from 8:18to 8:43 to get 1 burger and a order of fries! Now I know why I never go to Whataburger!

The patties have gotten smaller and the taste is bland. When it was Texas owned It was great and even the service had gotten bad. So sad that I will not frequent these establishments any longer.

My orders are for board pickup. They are always delivered immediately. I never have to wait. The food is hot and delicious.

Food was fresh and hot, but what really stood out to me was the staff--friendly, and working like clockwork to turn out those orders. Thank you!

I stopped by to grab a quick meal for my mother, and the place was incredibly busy with cars lined up in the drive-thru. So, I decided to go inside instead. The staff was hustling to get everyone's orders out as quickly as they could. I expected it to take at least 15 to 20 minutes, but I was pleasantly surprised when they handed me my order in just 4 minutes, exactly as I had requested. Great job, everyone!
