I appreciate having this store as an alternative for buying vitamin supplements, in addition to the other well-known nationwide chain stores. The customer service is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable. I arrived near closing time, so I will have to come back to try their smoothies next time. They also offer a 20% discount on the first Thursday of every month (some restrictions apply).

I have been a loyal customer of Family Health Market in Frisco for years, and I must say they have the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about their products. If you own a retail business, you need to visit this store to see the new standard of great customer service. I highly recommend trying their peanut butter cookie shake to boost your energy in the afternoon. Thank me later!

Very helpful customer service, they have a smoothie station inside and you can also use the drives through if you are in a hurry.

Great protein shakes, my favorite the berry green machine, they have all the supplements I need mg, k, chlorella, nitric oxide, bone up, Nad, Nac, horse chestnut, etc. great service if you have a question or need help

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in the other day to purchase DHA and a multivitamin. There was a woman following me around the store and finally said to let her know if I needed help because she was bored. When I got home I realized I had bought the wrong DHA so I called immediately and I was told I could go in to swap it out. When I went in to do that I was told the supplement was stuck together (it was unopened) and hot. I drove 45 minutes from work in 106 degree weather. They told me for this reason they had to deduct 5 dollars from the exchange. The cashier then did the exchange and told me I had a 3 dollar credit. I told her I would not be returning and that I wanted the amount refunded to my card. She said well I didn’t do the exchange that way and said she could give me 3 dollars from her wallet if I really needed it. Caucasian woman was very condescending. I was tricked into believing their advertisement of the best prices. I looked up what I purchased and they are all at least 5 dollars cheaper elsewhere. I wasted 8 dollars alone just because I made a mistake and they didn’t stand by what they communicated over the phone. On top of the markup they have on their products compared to other retailers.
