Bb.q Chicken Carrollton - Fullerton

Took my girlfriend here yesterday 2/5 around 6:30-7pm. We had ordered the rice plate when our order was taken but I still needed more time to order, about 2-3 minutes later I had ordered what I wanted and was told it would be an extra 15 minute wait. I agreed and waited for about 30 minutes. I asked for the status of my order and it turns out the cashier didn’t even place my order, he had forgotten. I had been waiting there w my girlfriend for a while, I usually don’t write reviews but my experience here wasn’t great at all, we won’t be coming back

Waited for 20 mins, then told me we can not offer what you ordered. Will never be back.

The chicken was sour and inedible. The amazing flavors try to cover it up. But it is not fresh and is not yummy. Our family is getting a cleanse today from the old chicken we ate from here today! $80 for lunch that no one could finish.

The food is so good. The fries are so good and fried chicken is so crunchy. The waiting time is a little bit lol during the lunchtime but I would recommend going around after 2PM.

Food was really greasy and upset our stomachs. My girlfriend and I both got boneless wings and fries. After we ate we felt really heavy and it got progressively worse throughout the day. Obviously you don’t expect to to feel good after eating fried foods but this was definitely abnormal. Needless to say it ruined our night. Wouldn’t recommend going.
