They were not the wide rice noodles typically associated with this dish, but resembled slightly larger fettuccine noodles. The egg rolls were also more like fried spring rolls. Despite some good dishes, we found the prices to be inflated. Additionally, the continued use of styrofoam containers, visibly melted from the heat of the food, was a negative aspect of the dining experience. In 2024, it is important for the restaurant to upgrade their containers to avoid serving melted styrofoam with the food. Overall, improvements in wider rice noodles, authentic egg rolls, and upgraded containers are needed.
The customer service at this restaurant is truly non-existent. I've had some of the worst interactions with the staff, especially the owner who seems to have a negative attitude towards everyone. When he's not sitting idly in a booth, he's glaring at customers as if they've done something wrong. I've never felt less welcome in a dining establishment. The food is mediocre at best and should only be considered if there are no other options available or if you're on a tight budget. Don't expect high quality. The restaurant itself appears rundown and it seems like the owners have given up on creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you're in the mood for Chinese food, explore other options before choosing to eat here. While the food is passable, the overall experience of dining at this restaurant makes it not worth the hassle.
